  Food was good but not that special in my opinion, staff generally ok but did have to ask 3 times for a glass of water.

  Very rude staff , We wanted to have advance booking for one of our future arranged party , when we went there it clearly showed open sign on the door , however door was closed and I was able to see from glass door that some one at reception talking on mobile phone who did look towards us came towards the door changed this sign from open to close and went back and did not even look towards us.
  I knocked the door and requested them to open a door for a second so that we just have quick look of hall and seating capacity BUT very rude behaviour was shown and we had to come back.
  They lost a customer and we wasted our time and efforts to go there.
  I understand it could be closed time m however when you have seen some one requesting at least you could speak and let him know that we could come later or they can not show us for different reasons
