- 1 / 5By Gordon KerrMy mother and I decided to visit the Red Lion for Sunday lunch, I had roast chicken and she had roast pork. The food took 45 minutes to arrive at our table, people that arrived after us got served their food first. We questioned the waitress and she said I will find out but didn't return. When the food arrived the food was barely warm and the roast potatoes were like rocks. (Burnt) my mother spoke to the manager and he didn't make any suggestions or offers, just said feel free to leave a review. As a family we dine out frequently but will never return to The Red Lion in Wendover! Do not recommendApril 01, 2017
